Are You Allowing Resentments to Affect Your Health?

Are you allowing resentments to affect your health?

…(AND your ‘Vibe’)?

I’m going to suggest a first step: forgiveness, of whatever it is or whoever it is

that has you holding onto a thought that is NOT serving you in a positive way:

do what it takes, meditate on it, ‘reframe’ it in a positive lesson learning light,

because step one really is as simple as: forgive it and Let.It.Go

and you can ‘yeah, but … he/she/they … did…’  all you want,

and it doesn’t change the fact that it’s not serving YOU,

so please spend some time or do it *snap fingers* quickly with this forgiveness step …

This one is short and sweet, watch the video and I’ll catch you on the next blog post!

I always enjoy your posts and videos Zen. You have an inner peace that radiates brightly to those around you and through your messages. As for myself… I seem to have a broken record going on inside of me. Even though I realize I need to let go of stuff I have no control over or stuff that has happened in the past that I can not fix in any way… the thoughts and feelings of these calamities keep jumping up into my conscious thinking and I seem to wallow in this stuff and it’s really screwing up my life. I think I know where I would like to be… and I know that thinking about crap won’t help me get there BUT I still keep focusing, almost subconsciously, to this crap. Obviously attraction thinking works… now to figure out how to attract what I want instead of the past.

Great video and advise Zen. I have never really been one to hold onto resentment. I used to beat myself up for things I could have done differently in the past. I occasionally go there but most times can catch myself.

Sue, not sure if you caught the hangout last night? All of the things we could’ve done differently but did not can be ‘reframed’ via NLP : ) Sounds like you have a good handle on how you deal in life though, many thanks for commenting here!

Yes, Kristin, letting go is important to our own personal growth and hanging on just mucks up our free flowing energy, thanks for commenting!

Great video and I love how you’ve really found your voice through video and blogging. For me I’ve never really help onto resentment to much. I had a challenging childhood to say the least but one thought always got me through it. It was that someone else somewhere has it worse than I do. With that as well as a little understanding of what my parents were going through…I could not hold anything against them. Thanks for the powerful message.

grudges and holding onto pain never is healthy. Many people hold grudges for life and just feel miserable about it. Thanks for sharing, I am sure your post will reach many and change lives. I agree with your view here. Holding onto stuff just is NOT healthy.
