Watch Where You Feel the Emotional Attachment

We all form attachment to ‘things’ (and people)
it’s normal…

I know I can tell you the who/what/why and where of each item I own,
so you see…

it ultimately boils down to an emotional connection to things,
places, ideas, and so much more.

I’ve learned to give some reverence to the moment of acquiring,
where I was and who I was with, etc…
and then, lovingly send them on their way

One way to understand the bond you have with any one thing…
any set of beliefs…
is to find a thing or a thought…
you really do RIGHT NOW want to part ways with…
and imagine yourself letting go of it…
allow the feelings to come up and just observe…
