Track those emotional attachments!

Where do they trace back to?

 

Can you easily trace your thoughts back to …

‘why’ you’re feeling what you’re feeling?

 

Is there a nostalgic trigger to a past memory …

where the item or thought played a significant role?

 

This can be a rough phase in this process,

delving into why you’ve formed the thought bond …

between an object or idea/belief…

and the emotional equivalent in your mind…

 

…it is important for letting go with love,

if you can be gentle and patient with yourself,

it can actually be a fun process.

 

Sometimes you can track those attachments …

to certain things that are based in fear thinking

and those thoughts do not serve you.

 

Let me give you an example.

if you’re attached to a specific belief…

such as: “If I don’t show I’m aggressive,

then I’ll get taken advantage of” (or ‘taken for granted’)

 

Usually there’s a ‘trigger’ from an old event in your subconscious…

that’s paying that idea forward…

even though it isn’t serving you or your higher purpose.

 

Letting go of things, thoughts and yes, sometimes people …

(people who are rooted in beliefs that hold them and YOU back)

It’s very difficult to feel abundant when you remain attached …

to things, thoughts/beliefs and people …

when it does not serve the purpose of feeling good!

 

All non-attachment is IS feeling good …

so your higher self and purpose can come forth ….

and ‘letting go’ of the how is vital,

this process is often referred to as

‘getting out of your own way’

 

It’s possible for you to do this on your own,

But often you may need the assistance of

Hynotherapy and/or NLP to help you

REFRAME the experiences and move forward.
